1.Agaricus blazei
Also called as mini-pine mushroom, Brazil mushroom. With rich
nutrients and delicious taste, it is an edible mushroom with abundant sugar and protein
content. There are 40-45% of crude proteins, 38-45% of sugars, 6-8% of fiber, 5-7% of
coarse ashes, 3-4% of crude fat as well as vitamins B1 and B2 in 100g of dry mushroom.
2.Effects of polysaccharide
The main ingredients in Agaricus blazei are polysaccharides and
sterols. Agaricus blazei polysaccharides extracted with hot water has strong anti-cancer
activity, strengthen the body and supply the energy, lower blood sugar, blood pressure,
and blood cholesterol levels, and improve hardening of arteries.
β-dextran and mannose contents in Agaricus blazei produced in
our company are higher than those in the same products from other manufacturers.
